Short Run and High Volume
Automated Capability
The
stamping facility operates 20 punch presses, ranging in size from 5 to 75
ton capacity, and is ready for both short run and high volume production.
The presses are supported by an in-house tool and die room. Here we design,
build and maintain progressive, compound, blanking, forming, piercing and
embossing dies.
Cost savings can be realized by converting more expensive components and materials to the stamping process. Die castings, screw machine parts, forging, machined parts and plastic molded parts may be more economically produced by the stamping process.
